Polifestiwal 2015

We are very pleased to announce that a great cultural and scientific event will open on 16 April 2015 at ul. Piotrowo 2 in Poznań – Polifestiwal!

It is no secret that every year this regular event that is held as a part of the Poznań Science and Arts Festival assembles large numbers of enthusiasts of knowledge and science who come to Poznań University of Technology from entire Greater Poland and the furthest regions of Poland. We invite you all to take part in another edition of the Polifestiwal.

The motto of the event is: “Welcome to Space!”. Like in space, the visitors will come upon plenty of attractions: spectacular shows and presentations, intriguing lectures, workshops, exhibitions and many other attractions and surprises aimed at the younger and older science enthusiasts!

Below you will find the official Polifestiwal programme:

  • Mobile Planetarium – a unique teaching tool which shows the astronomical and geographical phenomena in the sky and illustrates the laws of physics that govern the movement of celestial objects. This is an excellent way to broaden knowledge and take a magical journey throughout the world of astronomy.

Lecture Centre, time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., 20 persons per session (session time: around 20 minutes)

Please book a session in the planetarium for a specific time (between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.). Max. 2 sessions take place within 1 hour (20 min. session plus a 10-minute break between sessions).
