The Lecture Centre of Poznań University of Technology hosted an annual New Year’s Meeting of university personnel, whose host was His Magnificence Rector of Poznań University of Technology, prof. dr hab. inż. Tomasz Łodygowski. The event was graced with the performance of Jacek Wójcicki accompanied by two excellent musicians. The singer captivated the audience with his biggest hits (“Serce”, “Nie dokazuj”, “Usta milczą dusza śpiewa” and “Pejzaż horyzontalny”) and got a standing ovation. The repertoire included songs from the interwar period, as well as songs from the artist’s latest album.
Mr. Wójcicki’s concert aroused a great interest in the university community – the auditorium was filled to the brim, and the artist, forced by deafening applause, had to give a few encores.
