“The idea to create Bistro gallery was conceived in the year 2010 during the exchange of thoughts between Aleksandra Godlewska and Małgorzata Mitręga. Their intention was to appear with the project on a regular basis and with changeable gallery “menu”, various projects presented within it, each with different artists examining one of the topics concerning modern society. Bistro does not focus on a particular group of artists, the only point of the exhibition is the idea that joints the authors’ views.”
