SIUDMAK’s exhibition – Drawing, Painting and Sculpture works by a leading representative of “Fantastic realism”

Wojciech Siudmak is a polish artist and sculptor who works and live in France. He was born on October 10th, 1942 in Wielun. He studied at Warsaw School of Fine Arts in years 1956-1961 and went to Warsaw Academy of Fine arts later. In September 1966 he came to Paris for studying at Ecole des Beaux-Arts in years 1967-1968.

Fantastic realism is connected with naturalistic art but has its roots in surrealism at the same time. It is unique world, full of symbolism and fantastic constructions of thoughts which are strange and unexpected interwoven. This world is described by its motto quite well: “Only a dream can come over insuperable barriers”.
