University Colleagues Picnic

On a nice, sunny day of May 18th Warta campus became the premises for a University Colleagues Picnic. The event was organized by the University’s Centre of Culture and Social Department.  The picnic became focal point of Poznan University of Technology days – a celebration that took place between May 16th and 18th. More than 2000 guests (including about 500 children) participated in the event.

Guests could take part in a number of sport and intellectual competitions, artistic shows and performances. The little ones had access to attractions such as obstacle course, water spheres, playground, bungee run, giant football, bowling and many others. Participants were provided with refreshments and a recently opened Lecture and Congress Centre “Professors’ club” invited guests to try a delicious cup of coffee accompanied by a home-made pie.

The star of the night was Strefa Zero. They were singing beautiful rock ballades in a nice family atmosphere till the late night. See you next year!
